Thursday, 7 November: Travel by your own; arrival in Dijon and Check’in at the earliest 16h in Hotel.

17h Meeting with Rosy Châu at la Cave de la Cité, an open space for tasting over 250 different wines by the glass. Enomatic machines and rechargeable tasting cards allow you to control your wine tasting experience (you can buy your own enomatic card and taste as many wines as the credit card gives).

19h Dinner at Meurette et Persillé (not included in the price)


Friday, 8 November: after breakfast explore the City of Dijon by walking the Owl’s trail.

The owl symbolizes wisdom and good luck in Dijon and you can find it everywhere in the city (as markers on the pavement). The Owl’s Trail brings you to 22 stops where you’ll discover historic sites in Dijon.

12.30h: Let’s meet for lunch time in one of the local restaurants (not included in the price)

15.30h: visit Mulot & Petitjean; it’s the oldest gingerbread factory in Dijon dating back to 1796. You will have a self-guided audio tour and at the end, you can taste different gingerbreads.

17.30h: back at hotel.

19h: Meet up with Rosy Châu if you want to have Apéro time together (some wines & cheeses, appetizer, this is included on the price) or you can enjoy dinner and the rest of the evening on your own (not included on the price)


Saturday, 9 November: after breakfast we will explore the wine & gastronomy fair at the Exhibition Parc with nearby 600 exposers. This is one of the hugest international fairs existing since 1921 with themes around gastronomy, wine, tourism, traditional culture and so much more.

11h: meeting with Tomoko who manages the Japanese Pavilion for tasting Saké & Shochu

You will be introduced into the world of brewing and process of making Saké & Shochu (this is included in the price)

You have the whole day to explore the multitude of booth, to taste or to buy. Please be aware: not every booth is accepting free tasting. 

19h: back at hotel.

Enjoy the rest of your evening or feel free to meet Rosy Châu for Apéro time, having fun and empty together some open bottles


Sunday, 10 November: after check ‘out meeting with Rosy Châu for Brunch 11.30H – 14h at la cuisine expérientielle (included in the price)

15h: Time to say goodbye.
