Schedule: 6days/5 overnights (guesthouse/castle). Our program includes 5 overnights with breakfast and daily dinner. Snacks, wines, bubbles, water, juice, coffee, tea, fruits on our deck. Wine tasting program, picnic (lunch packet). Pick up from Béziers/Narbonne/Carcassonne airport or rail station to the guesthouse.
Not included: travel insurance, bike hire, besides programs, personal expenses, tip.

Day1: Arrival and transfer to the guesthouse.
18h welcome drink on deck of our boat.
19h Dinner at restaurant "L'Ô à la Bouche" in Le Somail
Day2: 10.30h Excursion to Oppidum d'Ensérune, a unique panorama over the Languedoc plain. Discover one of the most important Gallic villages in South of France. Then visit the 9 locks of Fonserannes in Béziers, which allow boats to raise a level of 21,5m over a distance of 300m.
16h: Narbonne City Trip - free time for shopping & discovering 19h: Dinner in Narbonne.
Day3: 14h By following the waterway from Le Somail, route takes us to Ventenac en Minervois and Paraza (2-hour boat trip). The highlight of your journey is the Château of Paraza, where the famous engineer Pierre Paul Riquet was living during the construction of the Canal du Midi. Relax in the pine parc with an exceptional view on the Pyrenees and individual wine tasting.
19h Dinner at the castle restaurant/or on deck of our boat (depending from restaurant avaibility).
Day4: 9h We bring you by car to Château Guilhem in Malepère appellation. You will meet Bertrand Gourdou the owner of the Château who will introduce you in the organic farming of his wines.
15h: After the wine tasting you will be transferred to Carcassonne, where you have time to discover this magical medieval town. In this historical and cultural scene, you may be transported back into the Middle Ages, dreaming of brave knights and enchanted princesses. End of the day we will have a dinner at our favorite restaurant "Le Moulin de Trèbes".
Day5: 10h We will bring you by car into the Saint-Chinian wine appellation. Meeting Emily in the vineyards to discover the unique taste of Saint-Chinian wines with a picnic from local products.
14h - 17h: discover Assignan the cute remote Saint-Chinian village
18h: Tapas, wine and music at Bizes-Minervois
Day6: After your breakfast we will drive you to the next rail station or airport (Carcassonne, Narbonne, Béziers, Montpellier, Toulouse)
